The Highest Fish Pond in S1BU.

Someone might think that I'm boasting and this fish pond is very simple "KOI" fish pond built in a small space above 200-300 feet in S1BU which can be accessible to general public or people . It really takes a lot of hard work and pains to build this pond and maintained it. Quite a few people had seen it but they never had a thought that it's the highest fish pond in S1BU. Where?
